I love this store because they are the only shoe store I know that does buy one get one half off all the time. You don't even need to buy the second pair the same day, they keep track for you in their system. If you have kids or are like me and need new shoes every year or so this can really help save cash. They also have a nice brand selection. The shoes they carry aren't the cheaper brands that don't last as long so you get quality with a discount! If they don't have your size they will order in for free:-)

It was my first time at Rogan's Saturday April 27 just after they opened for the day. My wife & I were greeted by David. I told him a few brands I was looking for and he guided us in the right direction and gave some opinions that were VERY relevant to my footwear needs. There was ZERO percent sales pressure, they did not "hover" but immediately answered questions and helped when we asked. We spent well over an hour there and ended up buying eight pairs of shoes. We are very happy with the shoes and service and positive/friendly attitude from David. We will be back this is our new "go to" store for shoes.

Rogans shoes has a great selection of men's, women's, and children's shoes and boots. Great deals for in-person shopping! I only shop here or online!

Rogan's Shoes has a very large selection of all kinds of brands. The man who helped me was very helpful, very patient and understanding. I was there quite a long time trying on many different pairs of shoes to try to find a pair of that would help me the most. I recommend Rogan‘s Shoes.

Needed new work boots wasn’t seeing a ton of stock at other places online. Saw reviews of this place had a good selection of steel toe/safety toe and they did not disappoint ( 1/3 of the store is just work boots). Staff helped me and made sure I got the best deal in store ended up buying Red Wings.

A friend and I went to Rogans Shoes on Madison’s east side and were helped by a young man named Tegan. We haven’t had excellent customer service like that in a very long time! He measured our feet; he helped us with looking for styles in our tastes, and helped us try on the shoes. He gave honest critiques when asked, and wasn’t pushy. We bought three pairs of shoes and a couple of weeks later, when I needed to return pair of mine I was really surprised! I hadn’t stepped one foot inside the store, and I heard Tegan’s voice call me by name! I truly felt like a valued customer. If reviews help in a promotion, I truly suggest Tegan be considered; and if reviews influence another customer, go to Rogan’s Shoes at 1740 Eagan Road in Madison, and look for Teagan. He will do you well!
